In the heart of the Stilfserjoch National Park, in the midst of mighty mountains, and yet very close to the imposing Stelvio Pass Road that has always connected and fascinated people, we produce with passion this unique organic Dry Gin by hand.

As an organic certified producer of herbs, there is only one way for us. All our products must bear an organic label. This is the only way our Stelvio GIN can and will meet our standards. The rest is a matter of taste!

You rarely find views like this. So we thought it was just right and good to set up the distillery here in the heart of our organic herb farm and expand our product range with it.
We process our herbs ourselves with the aim of producing an organically certified GIN with convincing craftsmanship, which we ourselves are convinced of.
